Sarah is the founder of Let's Get Active. After coming back from working abroad in 2011 she decided to train as a Zumba instructor and caught the bug going onto train in all areas of later life exercise including getting a Level 4 in Postrual Stability.
Having been in the care industry all her life she decided to create lets get active to help those in their prime to keep fit and stay steady along with preventing falls whilst having fun.
Dancing is my passion and I love to keep active and fit, so when I discovered Dancefit it was a perfect combination!
I have been leading Dancefit classes since 2011 and absolutely love it.
Whether you're 5 years old or 85 years old there is a Dancefit routine for you!

Katie has been involved in the Performing Arts since she was 4 years old. She started her teaching career in 2009 after graduating from Hertfordshire Theatre School, where she studied Acting and Musical Theatre.
With years of experience Katie teachers Dance and Drama around Derbyshire.
Jody Joined the team in 2019 after seeing a class and instantly taking to the classes. She has a dance teacher background and teaches all over Derby.
Jody's classes are lively and enthusiastic and she looks forward to meting you soon.
Corrina joined us in 2019 and has loved teaching sessions with us ever since. She is a PE teacher in primary and secondary schools along with teaching toddler dance within the community.
She is currently working towards her Level 4 in Postural Stability as she loves to instructs and her classes are very fun and encouraging progression
Nikki trained with Sarah for their Level 4 Postural stability and joined the team after this. However she has studied at university for a masters in adapted sport.
Nikki's classes are evidenced based and participants really notice the difference after even a few sessions.
Kirsty is a Yoga lover who teaches Yoga to all ages and is passionate about helping others to relax and lead a healthy lifestyle.
Kirsty also teaches meditation, holds a diploma in Spiritual Coaching and is currently studying to become a Vegetarian and Vegan Nutritional Therapist.
Michelle has been teaching Yoga and Movement for nearly a decade, her classes have been described as slow and strong with her teachings aiming to empower students to learn and listen to their bodies.
Michelle has had in-depth movement education and shows a specific interest in Functional Movement and Anatomy.
